Susanne Hock, Financial Assistant

Susanne "Sussie" Hock works as a finance assistant in the Finance department. It is one of the support functions that was developed and strengthened in 2018. Sussie is one of several with us who do not have a background in the security industry and contribute valuable expertise through other experiences. She has been employed since the summer of 2018. Before joining us, she worked as a sales coordinator at an IT company.

 

"Today I am mainly responsible for accounts receivable where I invoice continuously and monthly together with our sales department, our Duty Managers and our Security Operations Center. In my role, it is important to have good contact with my colleagues and to be helpful in questions and concerns such as arises with our customers. A service role both internally and externally. "

 

Great opportunities for development

Sussie describes the role of financial assistant as very broad and varied. No two days are the same and she has been given great opportunities to develop in her field in a short time and gain a broader insight into the industry.
